Spa Policies

At the heart of Anthony’s 1558 is a passion for offering the finest in services in a luxurious environment.

Payment

All major credit cards accepted. Return check fee is $30.00. A credit card is necessary to secure special packages of 2 or more services and groups of 2 or more.

Gratuity

Services and packages do not include gratuity. Gratuity must be in the form of cash or personal check written to the service provider. We are unable to add gratuity to a credit card payment. Treatments may require a consultation. Gift cards are available.

Cancellation

24 Hour Cancellation Required While we realize that emergencies may occur, there will be a charge of 50% of scheduled service for less than 24 hours notice, and 100% for any no-shows. This also applies to gift certificate holders. Half of your certificate will be forfeited for less than 24 hours notice, and the full value for any no-shows.

Timing

Your time is important to us and we want you to enjoy every minute of your treatment. To guarantee you receive the full treatment time, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We cannot guarantee all requested services for late arrival.
